Platform role
Swap provides marketplace, communication and payment-flow tooling designed to help buyers and sellers transact more safely. Listing accuracy, condition claims and offline conduct still remain user responsibilities.
User expectations
Users are expected to act honestly and keep transaction records accurate.

- Use the platform flow as intended
- Avoid abuse, fraud or impersonation
- Cooperate with verification and dispute review when required
